Subject: What transit and pedestrian improvements matter most on Third Avenue? Come to a Neighborhood Session and tell us what you think
Metro and the Seattle Department of Transportation have been working together to make Third Avenue in downtown Seattle a more inviting, accommodating, and attractive place for transit users, pedestrians, and visitors.
Last fall, public input helped us create a list of potential improvements to Third Avenue. Now we invite you to meet us on the street to hear about design updates and share your thoughts with us at any of the following dates and times:
Belltown, Monday, August 31 – 3-6 p.m. on Third Avenue between Battery Street and Bell Street
Business District, Wednesday, September 2 – 3-6 p.m. on Third Avenue between Pike Street and Union Street
Pioneer Square, Thursday, September 3 – 11a.m.-2 p.m. on Third Avenue between Yesler Way and S Washington Street
Can’t make it? Learn more about the project on the Metro website, send your comments to us at info@3avetransit.org and sign up for project updates. www.kingcounty.gov/metro |
