Here they are: the best bites in Belltown. Sous-vide sockeye salmon on a bed of marscapone with pickled capers and shallots on a “cracker.” They’re $4 apiece (and worth it!) at Spur, the upscale gastropub at 113 Blanchard. It’s a gourmet version of lox & cream cheese, if you haven’t already figured that out, and you’ll want to drink a crisp white wine with them. There’s a nice gruener veltliner by the glass, and a really nice Greek asirtiko by the bottle. More here.
