New Senior/Gentle Yoga Class at Belltown Community Center for ages 50+ starting on Thursday, April 9, 2015.
This new and affordable class ($37 for 9 classes!) at Belltown Community Center is open to all who are interested in gentle yoga. Stretch your muscles and gain strength, flexibility and balance as well as improve relaxation in this gentle yoga class for all fitness levels. The moderate pace creates an welcoming and accessible environment for beginner students. The poses are primarily floor-based, reclined or seated with props available for assistance, with some standing poses. Please bring your own mat or blanket; props and blocks will be provided.
Advance registration is required to ensure minimum enrollment. Please spread the word to your favorite Belltown senior adult!
