Belltown Community Center is excited to bring you the newest adventure in fitness: a Hoop Dance Fitness Party on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from 6-7:30pm! Turn that favorite childhood twirling activity into a FUN cardio workout. You will learn basic hoop interaction, how to stretch with your hoop, hooping for cardio and fitness, and dancing with your hoop. Urban fitness meets hula hoop flow during this interactive, fun night! Some hula hoops will be available for use, but participants are encouraged to bring their own.
$5 drop-in, registration not required.
