Do you want to BCOP?

The Belltown Citizens on Patrol (BCOP) is a dedicated group of volunteers who are determined to help clean up Belltown. They gather as a community to walk the neighborhood. If they see illegal activity on their walks, they call it in. If they come across litter, they pick it up. Kudos to them for not only caring, but doing something about it. If you’d like to pitch in and meet some of your neighbors, feel free to join them any evening listed below.

  • Tuesday, September 8, 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday, September 11, 2:00 a.m.

  1. I went on last nights walk. Had a great time!! Majority of the people we handed out material to seemed very interested and thanked us for our service. See you next Tuesday.

  2. I’ll try to join one of these walks – probably a Saturday litter clean-up. In recent weeks I’ve been picking up random trash and finding a trash can for it. It’s surprisingly addictive once it becomes a natural reaction when walking down the street especially right in front of my building.
