Want to learn how bake your own bread? Come to Belltown Community Center to learn how to make challah, a deliciuos traditional Jewish egg bread shaped as a braid. You’ll learn the entire process: mixing, kneading, rising, baking and several dough braiding techniques (three, four and six-strand loaves). All the ingredients and supplies are provided, and you will take your own loaf home, warm out of the oven! You’ll also learn to make a yummy dip, such as hummus.
Also, the first three people to register by phone or in peson will get two tickets to the Seattle Aquarium. Hurry!
When: Monday, September 8, 2014 from 5:30-8:30pm
Cost: $35/person, or $30 if you sign up for another cooking class at Belltown CC
