It’s been a while since we’ve thrown together a Belltown Weekend List. So, lets dust off the calendar and see what’s happening in the hood; I’m sure I missed lots, so put your favorites in the comments.
Friday:
- Private Lives of Eskimos: Ken Urban’s brilliant and very dark comedy is a view of one man’s descent into madness. Called by NYTheatre “A taut and gripping contemporary techno-thriller” this is a show not to be missed.
Saturday:
- History of Seattle Architecture: It’s outside of Belltown, but still looks interesting and worth the strenuous 4 block walk.
Sunday:
Easter Brunch at Boat Street – Probably worth making a reservation. If you haven’t been to boat street yet, you’re truly missing out. It’s a lovely spot tucked underneath the northwest work lofts and feels like one of Seattle’s best kept secrets. (even though it’s busy)
Go to an Easter Service: Mars Hill Easter Services in Belltown are at 8:30, 10, 5, and 7:15.
