SPD Officers quick thinking prevents shooting.

Last night Seattle Police Officers quick thinking prevented yet another possible shooting in an already bullet-ridden part of Belltown. As per found on the SPD Blotter, officers in the area noticed a large disturbance on the street. One person informed the Officers that a person in the crowd had a gun. An officer then noticed a man on the ground with a gun, the suspect was attempting to hide the gun in his waistband as officers approached. That man’s brother was noticed in the crowd also with an exposed gun in his waistband. Per SPD both men were arrested without incident. One of the brothers was booked into the King County Jail for felony gun charges and warrants, while the other brother was questioned and released from the precinct.
