Since our first few days here we have noticed how friendly Belltown is towards dogs. From the dedicated pet relief area on top of our building, to the various restaurants and bars that allow your furry companion to hang out with you while you enjoy a nice pint or some of awesome grub! You also cannot miss the dozens of people walking their dogs around Belltown. Just this past weekend we had the pleasure of adopting Vincent from a local rescue group called People United for Pets. This got me to thinking about how it would be great to have a list of all the places that are dog friendly around the neighborhood so we can plan accordingly when heading out with our little guy. This brings us to Belltown Dogs, which will be a page that I am going to create that will have a list of what business’s in our neighborhood will allow or accommodate those of us who love to bring our furry friends with us when we are out and about. This list will not only have business names, but also information about if they are allowed inside, or just on the patio, or even if they offer special menu just for your dog such as I heard they do over at Belltown Pub. So I hope all my fellow dog lovers come to enjoy the Belltown Dogs list and help me build it out. Tonight we actually went to a local spot with Vincent so it will be the first on the list.
